CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by emailing mangaljyoti.seva@gmail.com. 
 Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS

Our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at mangaljyoti.seva@gmail.com within 72 hours of the product being delivered.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.

  • Eligibility: Valid on all orders of ₹500 or more.

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: ₹50
  • Eligibility: Applies to all orders of ₹699 or below.
Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3 to 5  business days after dispatch.
Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking link to monitor your package in real time.
